Step 1: The Consultation
Nothing happens on day one except a calm, pressure-free conversation.
We take an X-ray to see exactly how your wisdom teeth are positioned, and I sit down and show you what is going on and what needs to be done. I will walk you through the plan, answer every question you have, and confirm your all-in $849 price so there are no financial surprises later.
And that is it for the first visit. Nothing gets scheduled until you fully understand the plan and feel genuinely comfortable moving forward. The consultation is free, and there is no obligation whatsoever to book anything that day. This is your chance to size us up, not the other way around.

Step 2: Preparing For Your Appointment

Step 3: Arriving And Getting Settled
When you arrive, you are walking into a familiar, comfortable place, not a cold surgical center. Peggy and the team will welcome you, get you settled, and go over the plan for the day so you know exactly what is about to happen. Any last questions will be answered before we begin anything. Nobody is rushing you, and if you are feeling nervous, you are in exactly the right hands. Our team is genuinely good with anxious patients, and putting people at ease is something we do every day.

Step 4: The IV Sedation
This is the step most people are nervous about, so let me pace it out.
A small IV is placed, usually in your arm or the back of your hand. Through it, we give the medication that brings on a calm, deeply relaxed feeling within moments. There is no big dramatic moment. You simply feel warm and at ease, and then most patients drift off and remember very little, if anything, about the procedure itself.
Throughout the entire time, the team is monitoring you closely. And this is not new territory for us. I have been performing IV sedation safely for over 30 years, on thousands of patients. You are in experienced, careful hands the whole way.

Step 5: The Procedure Itself
There is not much for you to know here, because you will be comfortably sedated throughout and feel nothing.
While you rest, I work carefully and deliberately, using a gentle, bone-preserving technique that removes as little bone as possible. It takes a little more time than a rushed approach, and that is the point: less trauma now means an easier recovery for you later.
Before you know it, it is done.
Easing Back, With the Team Right There
Step 6: Waking Up And Going Home
You will wake up in a comfortable chair with the team nearby and gauze in place. You will feel a little groggy from the sedation, which is completely normal, but you will not have been in pain during the procedure.
Once you are ready, your driver takes you home. We will send you off with clear take-home instructions for the next few days, and make sure you know how to care for the area while it heals.
And we do not disappear after you leave. We monitor our phones throughout the day, so if any questions come up in the hours or days that follow, you can reach us easily. You are never left wondering.

Yes, always. You will have met me and gone over your whole plan at the consultation, and we will go over it again on the day, with time for any last questions, before anything begins.
What if I'm still nervous on the day?
That is completely normal, and it is exactly what the sedation is for. Tell us how you are feeling. Reassuring nervous patients is part of what we do every single day, and once the sedation begins, the nerves simply melt away.
