Common Questions

YES — it can! Our unique gentle approach plus IV sedation makes the entire procedure completely painless. With our sedation it feels like it never happened, no matter how long or short. We've found that speed isn't the answer — gentleness is.

Everything: all 4 wisdom teeth removed, a full exam, digital X-rays, IV sedation, and TLC — including reusable ice packs to take home. No hidden fees, no surprise bills at checkout. Ever.

Most offices use a fast approach that removes more bone, causing more trauma to surrounding tissue — which is exactly what leads to pain, swelling, and dry socket afterward. Our gentle technique, combined with anti-swelling IV medications, makes recovery remarkably easier.

Yes! Fillings, crowns, cleanings, root canals — whatever you need can be done while you're already sedated, at no extra sedation charge. No separate appointments, no second round of sedation. Just one comfortable visit.

Yes. Dr. Boren is Board Certified General Dentist. He's been removing wisdom teeth for over 30 years.

For IV sedation: nothing to eat or drink 4 hours before your appointment. Bring a responsible adult to drive you home — you cannot drive after sedation. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Have soft foods ready at home (yogurt, applesauce, soup). We'll send you a complete checklist when you make your appointment.

With our gentle technique, most patients are significantly more comfortable by day 3 and back to their normal routine within 5–7 days. Many return to work or school even sooner. This is noticeably better than the typical experience at offices that use faster, more aggressive approaches.

No. With IV sedation you will feel absolutely nothing during the procedure. Once you are sedated and comfortable we numb all the areas that we will be working on. You generally won't feel, or remember much...if anything. Most patients describe waking up and feeling like only a few minutes passed, even though the procedure has been much longer.

Some dental insurance plans may cover a portion of wisdom teeth removal. We'll provide you with all the documentation you need to file a claim with your insurance provider or we will file it for you. Our $799 price is designed to be straightforward and affordable even without insurance.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. HSA and FSA funds are also accepted. Call us at (435) 674-9476 if you have any questions about payment options.
